Before You Reach Out...
To save you time, here are a few quick answers to our most common "Cargo" questions:
When will my order ship? Remember, every item is handcrafted just for you! Our current production time is [3-5] business days before your order is handed off to the post office.
Can I change my order? If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once we start beading or cutting vinyl, changes may not be possible.
Where is my tracking number? As soon as your shipping label is printed, an email is automatically sent to you. Check your "Promotions" or "Spam" folder if you don't see it!
