Handcrafted Just for You
At Craft Cargo, we believe good things take time! Some items in our shop are made to order specifically for you. This allows us to ensure the highest quality for every handcrafted item we ship out.
Processing Times
Because most items are handmade, please allow 3–5 business days for us to create your order before it is handed off to the shipping carrier.
Note: During peak seasons (like Valentine’s Day), processing times may extend slightly. We will always notify you if there is a delay.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
We utilize Shopify Shipping to provide you with the most reliable rates possible. We currently offer the following shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: Typically handled via USPS Ground Advantage.
Calculated Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address.
Please note: To keep our small business sustainable, we do not offer free shipping at this time. We appreciate your support in helping us cover the true cost of getting your handmade goods to your door safely.
Tracking Your Cargo
Once your order has been crafted and scanned by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your items (especially our beaded keychains and future products!) in protective mailers and boxes.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at
craftcargooo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and the packaging.
Craft Cargo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
