Craft Cargo Return & Cancellation Policy


15-Day Return Window
We want you to love your Craft Cargo finds! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible.

Cancellation Policy
Because some items are handcrafted just for you, we begin the production process shortly after an order is placed. (3-5 days)
Before Shipping: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are only accepted if the item has not yet been crafted or shipped.
After Shipping: If an order has shipped already, there is nothing that can be done. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, the sale is subject to our standard return policy below.

Return Costs & Restocking Fees
To keep our small business sustainable, the following fees apply to all returns:
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total cost of the merchandise to cover the labor and materials used for your made-to-order item.
Shipping Refunds: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Label Fee: The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount. 

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom-designed items or clearance items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email craftcargooo@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
